Pay Range: USD 120,000 – 130,000, commensurate with experience.

JOB SUMMARY
The Production Manager is responsible for the overall safe and efficient operation of the manufacturing facility to include, but not limited to, personnel, production, maintenance, customer requirements/interface, planning and scheduling, safety, and housekeeping. In addition, the Production Manager serves as a key member of the management leadership team, which coordinates all policies and budgets for the site.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily production work orders to completion and within scheduled timeframe
- Responsible for the supervision of daily activities of all hourly and salaried employees within the department

Jouw impact:
Als Supply Chain Planner combineer je klantcontact met planning, coördinatie en analytisch werk. Je houdt overzicht, legt verbanden en anticipeert op wat er nodig is om onze klanten optimaal te bedienen. Of het nu gaat om spoedorders, voorraadbewaking of het organiseren van transport: jij zorgt dat het geregeld wordt.
In deze functie werk je dagelijks met ERP-systemen, voorraadbeheer, orderverwerking, transportcoördinatie en internationale klanten. Jij zorgt dat producten op tijd geleverd worden, stuurt bij wanneer iets afwijkt en houdt overzicht bij meerdere orders tegelijk. Jij bent de schakel tussen magazijn, planning, leveranciers en klanten en jouw werk heeft direct impact op de performance van de supply chain.

Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor een aantal internationale klanten.
Je begeleidt het volledige orderproces van aanvraag tot levering.

Supply chain coördinatie & stock control:
Je bewaakt de voorraadniveaus voor jouw klanten en signaleert afwijkingen of risico’s.
Je regelt en coördineert inkomend en uitgaand transport.
Je stemt grote en urgente orders af met planning, het magazijn en leveranciers.
Je schakelt dagelijks met verschillende interne en externe partijen om alles op tijd en volgens afspraak te laten verlopen.
Analyse & continue verbetering:
Je denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen binnen Customer Service/Supply Chain.
Je zoekt uit hoe zaken slimmer, eenvoudiger of efficiënter kunnen en deelt je ideeën.

JOB SUMMARY
As a Packaging Designer you will:
· Manage design specifications and approval of outsourced design
· Manage Engineering Change process (ECN’s)
· Provide packaging technical expertise to the Business Unit, including other
designers
· Reviews and assesses solutions to verify against structural requirements,
method of transport, long-term storage and other specifications
· Assist in sourcing (design, specifications)
· Product development
· Conduct product evaluations
· Perform distribution & field packaging audits (Flow Review)
· Provide sufficient information and support to enable Technicians to produce
detailed design drawings suitable for construction
· Create CAD drawings, assembly instructions and material lists
· Performs special engineering project assignments with minimum supervision
· Serve as final project feasibility analyst and provide rational for project rejection
· Assist in understanding material specifications and possible replacement
materials as needed
· Design packaging solutions while utilizing NeFab products and/or sourced
materials
· Conduct computer simulations

YOUR PROFILE
· CAD experience (Iron CAD, SolidWorks, Solid Edge or NX/Unigraphics)
· Bachelor’s Degree in a design or mechanical related field (Engineering, Packaging, etc.),
or equivalency in education and experience
· 2–5 years of experience in a relevant engineering/design role
· Experience working with corrugated materials required
· Korean Speaking is a Plus
· Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles
· Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings/documents

As a pivotal member of our team of NEFAB Packaging Solutions, the Business Development Manager
(BDM) plays a crucial role in shaping our sales strategies. This is a full-time position that is remote with the office located in Hanover Park Il. Outside sales or business development experience and must be able to travel the assigned territory (Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota Midwest area.) Travel and initiate contact with potential customers, identify their needs and provide complete packaging solutions (CPS) and services to meet those needs. Manage new accounts during start-up phase of business following successful closing.
Responsibilities
· Meets or exceeds assigned revenue and target metric objectives within the assigned territory.
· Self-generate new opportunities calling on new and existing customers.
· Applies a consultative approach to all customer contacts including C-level leaders.
· Utilize Nefab US Sales strategy to create a plan of attack to quickly develop sales territory.

Qualifications

· EXPERIENCE - Outside sales or business development experience with any of the following:
Multi-material packaging solutions, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing or Inventory Control, Third Party Packaging and/or Contract Packaging Services, Outside sales experience in aerospace, robotics, telecom, medical machinery, energy, and/or heavy industries.

Nefab Packaging West is looking for a Maintenance Technician to work in our Manufacturing site located in Newark, CA.
Working with the General Manager, and the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for facilities maintenance, equipment maintenance, and assists with the development and implementation of manufacturing processes.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Read blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
- Install, align, take apart, move and maintain machinery
- Use various lifting devices, hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, gages and measurement instruments to complete work
- Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and find irregularities and malfunctions
- Install, troubleshoot and maintain power transmission, vacuum, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and programmable logic controls
- Adjust machinery and repair or replace defective parts
- Operate machine tools, such as lathes and grinders, to fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or set-up of machinery
- Clean, lubricate and perform other routine scheduled maintenance work on machinery
- Implement a Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) system, including ISO documentation and a detailed PM schedule for each machine
- Use of predictive maintenance techniques and implementation of a computerized maintenance management system to trigger maintenance planning, execution and reporting
- Identify and implement projects to improve machine and operator performance
- Provide basic operations and maintenance training to production operator
- Respond immediately to requests from operators and production supervisors
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION
- 2-year vocational training or associate’s degree in a related field of study
- Previous training on applicable machinery (CNC)
