WAREHOUSE SYSTEMS ANALYST, NEFAB PACKAGING SOUTHEAST

Our Operations and Business Systems organization is vital for us to deliver efficient, reliable, and customer-focused warehouse and VMI solutions to our customers. We are now looking for a Warehouse Systems Analyst to join our team in Fairburn, GA. 

As Warehouse Systems Analyst, you will serve as the Point of Contact (POC) and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Warehouse Management IT solutions. You will be responsible for aligning system requirements with business needs, supporting and improving WMS functionality, and ensuring smooth implementation, integration, and ongoing support of warehouse systems. You will contribute to Nefab’s growth by enabling scalable, efficient, and data-driven warehouse operations that support our customers’ supply chains.

You will be part of the Nefab Southeast VMI organization, working closely with customers, warehouse operations, local super users, IT resources, and global system specialists—primarily in Europe. The role requires close cross-functional cooperation and active communication across departments, regions, and external service providers to ensure system stability, compliance, and continuous improvement.

This position is located in Fairburn, GA, and you will report to local operations/IT leadership.

Pay Range: USD 120,000 – 130,000, commensurate with experience.

YOUR PROFILE

To succeed in this role, you bring a strong systems mindset, solid technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent qualifying work experience

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in directly related roles

  • Deep understanding of ERP and WMS systems, warehouse standard processes, workflow automation, reporting, analytics, customization, and system integrations

  • Proven experience working cross-functionally in dynamic environments

  • Strong project leadership experience, including planning, execution, testing, deployment, and training

  • Self-starter with a take-charge attitude and strong ownership mentality

  • Structured thinker with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams

  • Excellent attention to detail and complex problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Experience and Technical Skills:

  • Warehouse Management Systems (preferably Manhattan Scale)

  • ERP solutions (preferably SAP)

  • Integration solutions (preferably Microsoft Azure)

  • IT project management, especially WMS and integration implementations

  • Warehouse operational management processes

  • SQL and database experience

  • SSRS, Excel Pivots/Cubes, and reporting tools

  • Decision support, financial reporting, and dashboard development
