Your impact:
As People & Culture Manager Netherlands, you are responsible for the full People & Culture strategy and operations across our Dutch entities. You act as a strategic sparring partner to the Management Team, build a future-proof People & Culture function, and drive the professionalization of our people processes.
You will work regularly from both our locations in Nijkerk and Son, being visible and accessible to managers and employees. You create connection, structure and development with a strong focus on both people and performance.
Key responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the local People & Culture strategy and HR policies, aligned with Nefab Group.
• Lead, coach and further develop the People & Culture team, including building a People & Culture Generalist role.
• Design and maintain a competitive compensation & benefits framework and ensure correct payroll and tax compliance.
• Drive organizational development, change management and strategic workforce planning.
• Advise and coach line managers on all People & Culture topics.
• Coordinate recruitment & selection in close cooperation with the People & Culture Generalist and external partners.
• Act as a key counterpart for the Works Council (to be established) and trade unions.
• Safeguard labour law compliance and ensure adherence to RBA standards.
• Monitor and report on People & Culture KPI’ s and dashboards to the Management Team.
• Act as a full member of the Management Team in the Netherlands.
Key challenges:
• Setting up a Works Council (planned for Q1 2026).
• Managing post-acquisition integration projects.
• Building a professional People & Culture team with new structures and processes.
• Further developing RBA standards and embedding sustainable HR practices.
Your profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 8 years of HR experience, several in a senior/management role.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch labour law and modern People & Culture practices.
• Experience with organizational change, integrations and OR/union collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (English is mandatory).
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
• High integrity and ability to create organizational buy-in.
