Due to continued growth, Nefab Packaging Netherlands is looking for a commercially driven Account Manager to strengthen our Sales team. Your role as Account Manager:

As Account Manager at Nefab Netherlands, you are responsible for driving profitable growth and customer satisfaction across key accounts and new prospects within the Dutch market. You act as a trusted advisor to your customers by understanding their supply chain challenges and translating these into optimized, sustainable transport packaging solutions.

You work closely with internal stakeholders such as Engineering, Sourcing, Operations, and our ISTA-certified test lab, as well as with Nefab colleagues across Europe and overseas.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage, grow, and retain strategic key accounts within the Netherlands.
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Apply consultative selling to sustainable packaging solutions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with engineering and ISTA-certified test lab.
- Coordinate international projects with sister companies.
- Forecast sales volumes and targets.
- Manage pricing, margins, and commercial controls.
- Monitor market and competitor trends.

Your profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or key account experience.
- Experience in packaging, logistics, or industrial markets is a plus.
- Strong commercial and consultative mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Strong MS Office skills.
