Project Manager – LIB & E-Mobility, Nefab Americas

Our sales organization is vital for us to deliver value-driven, sustainable packaging solutions to our customers in fast-growing industries such as LiB and e-mobility. We are now looking for a Project Manager – LIB & E-Mobility to join our team.

As Project Manager – LIB & E-Mobility, you will be responsible for leading customer projects in the e-mobility sector across the Americas, including OEMs and Tier suppliers. You will define project scope, orchestrate cross-functional resources, and deliver optimal packaging solutions and services on time and on budget. You will translate Nefab’s Americas e-mobility initiative strategy into executable programs supporting serial production, export, and aftermarket flows.

You will contribute to Nefab’s growth by ensuring customer value creation through cost efficiency, risk mitigation, automation readiness, ergonomics, and sustainability performance, including CO₂ savings.

You will be part of the Sales & Marketing organization, working closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Business Units, Engineering & Design, Operations, Sourcing, Quality, and Sustainability. In this role, you will collaborate across functions and geographies, engaging internal experts to ensure project governance, execution excellence, and customer satisfaction.

This position is located in Atlanta, Newark, or Chicago, and you will report to the VP Sales & Marketing.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or similar (PMP certification is a plus)
  • Proven project management experience within automotive, e-mobility, packaging, or manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of EV components and UN/Dangerous Goods packaging standards is a strong advantage
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
  • Strong financial acumen with experience building business cases and evaluating cost scenarios
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
  • Proficiency in MS Project (or equivalent), Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • Language proficiency:
    • English – Advanced/Fluent
    • Korean – Native fluency
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 35–40%
  • Comfortable working in office and plant environments and adhering to PPE and ISO 9001/14001 requirements
