Technical Account Manager, Nefab Americas

Our Sales & Marketing organization is vital for us to deliver value-driven, sustainable packaging solutions to our customers. We are now looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our team in Chicago.
As Technical Account Manager, you will be the first point of contact for packaging engineers within a Key Account. You will be responsible for developing strong customer satisfaction by understanding customer needs and working with Nefab’s global network to convert those needs into smarter packaging solutions that reduce total cost and CO₂ impact. Through this role, you will strengthen the customer’s perception of Nefab as a global leader in complete transport packaging solutions.
You will contribute to Nefab by ensuring technical excellence, customer alignment, and value creation across the customer’s supply chain, supporting both commercial success and sustainability goals.
You will be part of the Sales & Marketing organization, working closely with Engineering Centers, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and other internal stakeholders globally. In this role, you will coordinate and manage technical projects, lead customer-facing workshops, and ensure alignment between customer requirements and Nefab’s technical and supply-chain offerings, while working in line with Nefab’s Sales processes and Engineering Directive.
This position is located in Chicago, and you will report to the VP of Sales & Marketing.
