Strategic Sourcing Executive / Senior Executive, Nefab Thailand

We are now looking for a “Strategic Sourcing Executive / Senior Executive” to join our team in Nefab Thailand.

As Strategic Sourcing Executive / Senior Executive you will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating suppliers, conducting cost analysis, negotiating pricing, and ensuring material availability to support customer projects and business growth. You will contribute to cost competitiveness, sourcing strategy execution, and continuous improvement of supplier performance, directly supporting Nefab’s value proposition to customers. 

You will be part of Sourcing organization, working closely with Business Development, Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams. In this role, you will collaborate across functions and geographies to ensure sourcing solutions are aligned with customer requirements, cost targets, and sustainability objectives. 

This position is located in Sriracha, Chonburi, and you will report to Sourcing Manager.

What You’ll Do

• Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure best price, quality, and reliability of materials.
• Conduct cost analysis and material price calculations, providing accurate data to support BD in customer quotations.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive and sustainable pricing.
• Work closely with BD, engineering, and operations teams to align sourcing with project and customer requirements.
• Maintain updated cost databases and track raw material market trends to anticipate changes.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supplier consolidation.
• Ensure all sourcing data and cost information is accurate, consistent, and delivered on time.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree a plus).
• Experience in sourcing, procurement, or cost analysis preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Skilled in negotiation and supplier management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with BD and cross-functional teams.
• Technical background and ability to read engineering drawings is a plus.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
