Our Operations organization is vital for delivering reliable, agile, and customer-focused solutions to our customers. We are now looking for a Rapid Response Project Manager to join our corporate Operations team at Nefab.

As Rapid Response Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate fast-paced, time-sensitive projects that require immediate action in high-pressure environments. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering rapid response initiatives triggered by urgent customer, operational, or organizational needs. By ensuring swift mobilization of resources, cross-functional collaboration, and disciplined execution, you will directly contribute to Nefab’s operational resilience and customer satisfaction.

You will be part of the Operations organization and work closely with manufacturing sites, logistics, procurement, leadership teams, and external partners. In this role, you will:

• Lead and manage rapid response projects from initiation through completion
• Quickly assess situations, define objectives, and create actionable project plans
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery
• Utilize capacity, material availability, and labor competency data to ensure execution readiness
• Manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines
• Act as the primary point of contact during crisis or rapid response operations
• Facilitate clear communication between leadership, manufacturing sites, and stakeholders
• Identify risks and bottlenecks in real time and implement mitigation strategies
• Track KPIs, deliverables, and outcomes
• Conduct post-response evaluations and develop after-action reports to drive continuous improvement

This position is located in the Dallas, TX, area, but flexible for the right candidate. You will report to the Order Integration Manager.

YOUR PROFILE

To succeed in this role, you bring strong leadership, structure, and the ability to perform under pressure in dynamic environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Emergency Management, or a related field
• PMP certification is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a plant management role
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in crisis management, emergency response, or fast-paced manufacturing environments
• Proven success managing high-pressure projects with tight timelines
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder teams and managing budgets
• Strong leadership and consensus-building skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions and priorities
• Proficiency in project management tools
• Fluent in English (Spanish is an added asset)
